Free Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders above ₹1499. No code needed — the discount is applied automatically at checkout.
Processing Time
I dispatch all orders within 24 hours on weekdays. For weekend orders, dispatch takes 24–48 hours. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–5 working days. In rare cases, it may take up to 7 days depending on your location.
Shipping Charges
- Flat ₹79 on orders below ₹1499
- Free shipping on orders above ₹1499
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through the courier's website.
Return & Exchange Policy
As of now, I do not offer returns or exchanges.
Since I run this business on my own, the return process involves high shipping costs and time. Instead of increasing prices for everyone, I've chosen to keep policies simple and prices affordable.
However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective product, I do provide store credit after proper verification.
Please note:
- A full unboxing video is mandatory to claim any damage or defect.
- The issue must be clearly visible in the video.
- Size issues, fitting concerns, or not liking the fabric do not qualify for return or exchange.
Store credit amount will be decided after review and can be used within 30 days.
